I hate to be negative, but I feel like I can be negative on occasion here in The Pond because I feel like y'all won't judge me for it. It bugs me when people complain constantly, however every once in a while I feel the need to get something out of my system. Being embarrassed of my country was something I'd never experienced until 2016. I've always been proud of my country. Now it's an almost *daily* occurrence. The latest is changing the name of Lake Ontario to "Lake America"... the screenshot is from Google Maps. Every time it happens, being an optimist, I think "well... it can't get any worse". Of course the next day it gets worse.
