🚨I have finished with a batch of site maintenance and few fixes just landed, and thank you to everyone who flagged them.🚨 I’ve been working through the bugs you reported. Here’s where things stand: Photo uploads are working properly again. No more errors or crashes when posting pictures, especially from iPhones. Thanks @shygirlblushing for flagging this. The “cannot process image” error is sorted, and the Font and Sticker menus in My Canvas now scroll properly on Android. Cheers @ibonkvatniks4fun for catching both. You can now add a video to your replies, not just photos and GIFs, up to 3 minutes each. One honest heads-up: to keep storage costs manageable, videos are removed after 29 days. It’s just me funding FrogsDen right now along with a handful of amazing supporters who kindly sign up to FrogsDen to help out, and video storage adds up fast, so once there are more supporters behind the site I’ll happily extend that. Thanks @montygibbon for the suggestion. When being sent, or sending a link to someone, tapping a FrogsDen link now opens the app instead of your browser. This is live on Android right now. For iPhone it’s all done on my side and just waiting on Apple to approve the update, so it’ll follow shortly. Thanks @jsonbourne for raising it. Also did a quick fix that prevented the whole of a Gif showing when a gif is rectangle and in landscape, this has been resolved, beautiful wide Gif goodness now visible. Sorry for any delays getting to these. It’s just me running FrogsDen, no big team or corporation behind the scenes, so I work through things as fast as I can. This is exactly how FrogsDen gets better though: you spot something, I fix it. How to get these: on the website they’re live right now, just refresh the page. In the app, fully close it and reopen it once or twice and it’ll quietly update itself, no app store needed for most of this. The tap a link to open the app feature is the one exception, as it comes with the next app store update, which is live on Android now and coming to iPhone the moment Apple approves it for me.
