Customise your event page
Every event page is yours to design. Make it match your brand, your community, your style.
Your event, your identity
Every event gets its own dedicated page with full theme customisation, completely separate from your profile. Choose your colour scheme, upload a custom banner image, write your event description, and showcase your team. Add an optional 1-minute intro recording so visitors can hear what your show is about before it starts. Your event page is the first impression for everyone who clicks your link, and you control every detail.

Automated chat messages
Set messages that appear in the live chat at intervals throughout your show.
Up to 3 rotating messages
Set up to 3 auto-messages that appear in the live chat at intervals of 10, 20, or 30 minutes. Use them to share fundraiser information, promote the guest on your next show, pin important links, or remind your audience about anything that matters during your event. Your event, your decision.
Screen sharing
Present, demonstrate, and bring visual content into your live show.
Presentations and slides
Videos and content
Screen sharing is available to the Host, Co-Host, and Content Manager on desktop browsers. Mobile listeners can view screen shares but cannot initiate them (operating system limitation). Only one person can share at a time, and control can be handed between team members on the fly.
Your team
Up to 3 people running the show. Speakers and guests join the stage, not the team.
Host
1 (required)Full control over everything. Start and end the event, manage the speaker queue, moderate chat, assign every role, share your screen, and manage the Vault. This is your show.
Co-Host
1 (optional)Every power the Host has. If the Host disconnects, the Co-Host is automatically promoted. Start and end the event, manage speakers, moderate chat, ban users, toggle slow mode, set auto-messages, and take over screen sharing.
Content Manager
1 (optional)Same permissions as the Co-Host. Manage speakers, moderate chat, ban users, handle the Vault, control screen sharing. The only thing the Content Manager can't do is assign other Co-Hosts.
On your stage
Speakers and guests join the conversation, not the management.
Guest Speakers
Up to 4Pre-announced guests of the show. People being interviewed, panel members, or anyone you've invited to appear. Visually distinct with a "Guest" badge. Assign them during event planning with invite links, or promote someone mid-show. Guest Speaker slots are separate from regular speaker slots.
Speakers
Up to 10Audience members who want to ask questions or get involved in the conversation. They request the stage via the "Go on Stage" button. Every speaker must pass a mic check first. You see the queue in request order and manage it however you like. Unlimited rotation throughout the show.
Chat moderators
Trusted members of your community keeping the chat clean.
Up to 2 moderators per show OPTIONAL
Trusted members of your community or extended team that can kick disruptive users from chat for the current show. Banning disruptive people from all future events is reserved for the Host, Co-Host, and Content Manager. Moderators are assigned during the show by any member of the team.
The speaker queue
Mic-checked, chronological, and completely under your control.
Listener requests the stage
They tap "Go on Stage" and their browser runs a mic check. Real microphone input, real audio level meter. If they can't pass the mic check, they can't submit their request. No broken mics on your stage.
Chronological queue
The queue shows requests in the order they came in. First come, first served. But you're in charge. Follow the order, or skip ahead to someone specific without your audience knowing. Your call.
Mute when needed
If a speaker forgets to mute their mic or background noise becomes an issue, the Host, Co-Host, or Content Manager can temporarily mute them. A mute indicator appears on their speaker card. Remove speakers at any time and bring new ones on. Unlimited rotation throughout the entire event.
The show never stops
Automatic failover keeps your event running even if you disconnect.
Auto-failover
If the Host closes their tab or loses connection, the system automatically promotes the Co-Host to Host. If there's no Co-Host, the Content Manager takes over. Your audience might not even notice. The recording continues uninterrupted because the Co-Host and Content Manager run independent backup recordings throughout the show. If the Host drops, the backup recording becomes the primary. No gap in the audio. No lost content.
Recording and archives
Every event is automatically recorded. No plugins, no third-party apps.

The Vault
Your numbered resource panel for sharing links with your audience.
Numbered links your audience can find instantly
The Vault is where you put your relevant links for the show. To make things run smoother, you can pre-load the Vault with links before you go live. Alternatively, you or any member of your team can add links in real time during the show. Every item placed in the Vault is numbered, so your audience can find exactly what you're talking about. Say "check out item 3 in the Vault" and everyone knows where to click. Links open in new tabs so audio never stops playing.
Soundboard
Set the tone when your show opens and sign off with style.
Two optional audio clips, up to 1 minute each
Optionally upload a quick voice message explaining the show is starting soon, a brief intro music piece to set the tone, or an outro to sign off with style. Two clips, up to 1 minute each, played through the same audio stream as your voice. Use them or don't. Your call.
The event lifecycle
Four stages, each designed with purpose.
Build anticipation
Countdown timer, custom banner, event description, team cards showing your Host, Co-Host, CM, and Guest Speakers. Optional 1-minute intro recording. RSVP button with "Add to Calendar." Timezone display. "X people attending so far" counter. Full theme customisation for your event page.
The main show
Stage with speaker cards. Optional screen share. The Vault. Live chat with follow buttons. Speaker queue. Team chat. Listener count. Share button. Auto-messages on rotation. Soundboard. Slow mode. Full moderation controls.
20 minutes to wrap up
When you end the event, audio stops but chat stays open for 20 minutes. A countdown shows "Chat will close in 19:42." Your audience wraps up naturally. No abrupt cut-off. Conversations land properly.
7 days of replay
Recording available for playback. Vault links stay accessible. Host gets full analytics. After 7 days, the event page is removed. Expired URLs redirect to the Events Discovery page.
Analytics
Know exactly how your show performed.
Real-time listener count and share count are visible to the Host and Co-Host during the show. Post-show summary lets you compare events over time. Export your analytics to CSV for your own records.
Keep listening while you browse
Your show keeps playing wherever your audience goes.
Persistent sidebar panel
If your listeners want to browse FrogsDen while listening, the event page transitions into a persistent sidebar panel that keeps the audio stream playing. Screen share, chat, and audio all stay active. If links are clicked from the Vault, new tabs open and the show continues playing. On mobile, a floating bar at the top of the screen shows the current speaker and a chat toggle.
